| For users with many PCI cards, our PBPR 13P7L provides 7 PCI slots: 4 on the left side and 3 on the right side of the backplane.
To make room for hard drive & CD-drive bays, many rack-mount chassis partially block up to 4 slots, so only shorter-length cards may be used in those slots. For users needing full-length PCI cards we recommend our PBPR 13P7L. By placing 4 of the PCI slots on the left side of the backplane, our PBPR 13P7L allows you to use full-length PCI cards in chassis models where the right-most slots are partially blocked by drive bays. |
