Introduction

Do you want the functionality of a DiskOnChip® but your single board computer doesn't have a socket? Our SFM 44000 series flash disk modules plug right into the standard 44-pin IDE/ATA connector on your motherboard or SBC. The modules require no battery power in order to retain data, making them ideal for mobile and embedded applications.

Choose from models with read data rates up to 40MB/sec and write up to 8MB/sec with an operating temperature range of 0 to 70°C, or models with the extended temperature range (-40 to 85°C).
